    New Website Increases Traffic to Community Center

    The Lincoln Community Center, which offers educational, recreational and mentoring opportunities for all ages in the Troy, Ohio area, came to Marketing Essentials looking for a new website to help increase awareness of its mission. After a collaborative website strategy meeting, our team mapped out a site architect and then built a modern website that was easy for users to find important features such as the food pantry and after-school youth program. The new site garnered more than 4,000 visits in just over a month.

    New Website Supports Food Council in Promoting Its Work

    Miami County Local Food Council came to Marketing Essentials for a new website, as it was sporadically using social media to promote the organization. They were seeking a website to help increase brand awareness of their farmer’s market and of the local growers who sell food to the public. Our team started by crafting the messaging and content for the new website, then built out the site to include an interactive map to help users find local food growers and key information on the farmer’s market, volunteering and donating.

    Citizens for Troy City Schools was a committee created to help educate the public of Troy, Ohio, about a critical school bond and levy issue. The levy had failed to pass two previous times. Key in the strategy was a focus on answering FAQs and being completely transparent with the public.

    Wayne Street Church reached out to Marketing Essentials looking for new branding, a website and an easy-to-use digital strategy to help stay in touch with the congregation. 

    After designing a new logo and building a new website, we went to work setting up branded email templates for the pastor to easily send out a digital newsletter to the congregation. We also held a training session with the pastor, covering everything from managing the email subscriber list to sending emails and creating videos.

    New Guidelines Bring Consistency to School Communication

    Wapakoneta City Schools was looking for support in developing official brand guidelines to ensure the school’s logo and messaging were accurate and consistent, both internally and externally. Our team developed brand guidelines that included messaging, instructions for external vendors on how and when to use school logos and colors, and guidelines on what and how to communicate on social media channels.
