New Bremen Local Schools was looking for direction and guidelines on how to better manage the school’s online presence and to more effectively communicate school news, successes and goals for the future.
The Marketing Essentials team started by developing surveys for parents and community members to get their insights on communication preferences with the school, what social media channels they most visit and what information/news they expect the school to share.
We developed personas, one for a parent and one for a community member, to help staff understand the target audience. We also developed brand messaging and guidelines and conducted coaching to help employees more consistently and effectively deliver school information to the public.
