They reached out to us to audit their recruitment process and map out a strategy to gain more qualified candidates for open engineering positions. Through the audit, we provided recommendations for how to update the careers page on the website to differentiate from competitors, how to use video marketing to capture attention and how to gain better results from digital advertising. We also created recruitment videos for them to help showcase their unique culture.
