Community First Solutions (CFS) Senior Living, part of the nonprofit Community First Solutions network, operates five vibrant communities across Ohio serving older active adults: Westover, Berkeley Square, Montage Mason, The Patterson and The Cottage of Mason.

As CFS grew through strategic acquisitions, the need for a unified digital presence and a scalable marketing infrastructure became critical. Separate websites created confusion, newly acquired communities needed to establish market presence quickly and none of the existing sites were built to capture and convert prospects.

Our partnership began with a complete digital transformation — consolidating websites, implementing lead generation systems and building marketing automation infrastructure. Today, we serve as their strategic senior living marketing agency partner across website management, SEO, paid advertising, content development and HubSpot optimization.

    Website Lead Generation

    We designed and built a new website that showcases each community's unique character through interactive floor plans, vibrant photography and content reflecting their distinct personalities and cultures. But great design alone doesn't drive growth. We built the site around lead generation at every touchpoint.

    Resource Center & Interactive Tools

    • A comprehensive resource library offers downloadable guides that educate prospects while capturing contact information.
    • The centerpiece is an interactive lifestyle quiz we built to reflect CFS's warm, people-focused approach. Based on responses, prospects receive personalized recommendations and follow-up content, which also helps sales qualify leads.

    Strategic Lead Capture Throughout

    • A virtual assistant guides visitors through their decision journey.
    • An integrated events section promotes activities and drives attendance.

    The entire site was designed with scalability in mind to support future growth and acquisitions.

    SEO and AI Visibility Optimization

    To ensure immediate success at launch, we implemented foundational optimization across the site — optimizing title tags, meta descriptions and headers, developing a strategic keyword map and improving internal linking to enhance visibility across search engines and AI-driven platforms.

    The initial results validated our approach. Within four months, organic traffic doubled with a 104% increase in sessions compared to baseline, and total website traffic increased 5% quarter-over-quarter.

    Today, CFS has an ongoing SEO and AI Visibility Optimization program in place to maintain momentum and adapt to evolving search algorithms. We continuously monitor performance, refine keyword strategies and optimize content to ensure visibility across all platforms.

    Digital Advertising

    A digital advertising strategy was put in place to increase brand awareness, generate leads and support community-specific goals. The strategy included targeted campaigns for key services and audiences.

    A key element of the strategy included launching a Google Ads grant campaign. Within a year, the grant drew significant traffic to the website and brought in new leads.

    When The Patterson was acquired, paid search, display and social media ads were deployed to inform the public of the rebranding and build awareness of the transition. These efforts played a critical role in positioning The Patterson as a premier option in its market.

    The digital advertising strategy delivered measurable success:

    • The Montage Mason community achieved 100% occupancy just over a year after its acquisition.
    • CFS Senior Living saw increased brand awareness and engagement across all their communities, driving growth and long-term success.

    HubSpot Marketing Automation and CRM Integration

    To enhance efficiency, improve lead management and enable real-time reporting, HubSpot’s marketing automation platform was set up for all communities and integrated with their Aline CRM. These integrations provided the tools necessary for a data-driven approach to sales and marketing.

    The approach included:

    • Seamless integration of the HubSpot and Aline CRM across all communities, creating a unified system for managing inquiries, tracking data and automating marketing efforts.
    • Enhanced tracking of inquiry sources to better understand lead origins and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
    • Real-time reporting and data dashboard set up to allow the team to monitor performance metrics and respond accordingly. By centralizing data within HubSpot and Aline, Community First Solutions could make informed decisions that aligned with their sales and marketing goals.

    These improvements streamlined operations, centralized data and enhanced collaboration between teams, helping to manage and drive growth across all communities effectively.
