Known for reliability, transparency and innovative technology like RFID tracking, they have prioritized strong partnerships and exceptional client service.

As they aimed to expand into new markets, open additional service depots and grow their service area, Miller’s recognized the need for marketing assistance and a documented marketing strategy. That’s when they turned to Marketing Essentials for support.

Through our research, it became clear that Miller’s website — their online foundation — was missing key elements that could drive business growth. Critical information like service details, the industries they served and clear calls to action were underdeveloped, making it difficult for potential customers to engage.

We gave their website a full refresh:

  • Rebuilt and optimized key pages for clarity and user-friendliness.
  • Added content highlighting Miller’s unique differentiators, such as their sustainability initiatives (recycling textiles and reclaiming water) and commitment to service excellence.
  • Developed new content around transparency and accountability, including an animated video showcasing their RFID tag technology and how it improves uniform management.

Customized SEO Strategy

To boost the company’s visibility in their new service areas, we developed and executed a customized SEO strategy that included:

  • Conducting keyword research and creating a keyword map with unique, targeted keywords.
  • Optimizing the website for both technical and on-page SEO to ensure keywords are strategically and effectively integrated.
  • Enhancing their Google Business Profile to rank for key service terms and appear prominently in search results.
  • Implementing local SEO tactics to make it easy for customers in their service areas to find them online.

SEO Results:

Within 90 days, Miller’s saw a 60% increase in organic traffic compared to the previous period. Miller’s also achieved significant gains in local search rankings:

  • In February 2024, their Google Business Profile ranking showed weak visibility; the yellow and red dots on the map show where they were outranked by competitors.
  • By November 2024, the map turned green, demonstrating strong local rankings and an increased presence in search results.
