Overview
New Bremen Local Schools turned to Marketing Essentials for direction and guidelines on how to better manage the school’s online presence and to more effectively communicate school news, successes and goals for the future.
We started by developing surveys for parents and community members to get their insights on communication preferences and what information/news they expect the school to share.
We then developed and delivered target audience personas, a communication strategy with coaching, brand guidelines for consistent use of brand design elements, logos and messaging, and a brand reputation management guide to help staff understand how to respond to positive or negative reviews on social media.
