Workforce Partnership of Shelby County

Overview

Workforce Partnership of Shelby County is a not-for-profit organization that works with public and private partners to create a more coherent and flexible workforce development system connecting local students to jobs in Shelby County, Ohio. The organization was in need of a website redesign to make the site more user-friendly. As a non-profit, the organization also needed to ensure the website fit within budget parameters.

We first mapped out a website strategy that aligned with their goals and then designed and built an affordable, theme-based website that would capture the younger audience’s attention with videos and large imagery. We also ensured the site could serve as a hub of information for educators and partners, with a resource center, blog and capabilities to expand as the organization grew into the future.
