Brothers Bryan and Matt Niemeyer, who launched Minster-New Bremen Storage in 2021, turned to Marketing Essentials for a user-friendly website that would make it easy for customers to rent a unit online.
We designed and built the new website with customized code that allowed users to see which units were available and reserve their desired unit online. Once selected, the website and integrated payment system took care of billing and provided the user with their access code – no administrative work required. Nearly 50% of units were filled just 6 months after the website launch.
To help boost sales even more, we launched a Facebook digital advertising campaign for the company and optimized its Google Business Profile to enhance search visibility.
