Growing Consulting Business Branches Out with New Website

Let’s Lead HR Consulting is a human resources consulting service that works with businesses to help develop and implement customized plans for employee recruitment, performance management, leadership development and employee retention. The company owner came to Marketing Essentials looking for new branding and a website to help the growing business stand out and reach new audiences.

For this small business owner, it was imperative that the new website be affordable, manageable and able to grow with the business.

Branding

After a brainstorming session between the Marketing Essentials team and the company owner, we developed a logo and supporting brand elements that were modern and simplistic with a unique twist on the color palette. 

A value proposition statement and brand messaging also were developed to help the company consistently communicate its services, benefits and key differentiators. Brand elements were established so they could be used in both print pieces and web collateral.

Website

A new website was built as a template site to stay within the company budget. Best practices incorporated throughout the site included:

• Consistent use of the new brand look and message
• Clear navigation to help guide visitors through the site
• Interactive icons and imagery for visual appeal and to capture attention
• Prominent Let’s Start a Conversation calls to action to capture conversions
• Educational content, such as answers to frequently asked questions, to help engage and educate potential customers.
